Eurovision's final isn't airing until Saturday evening but supposed voting figures from Italy were 'leaked' and concerned fans.

This week, fans noticed that Italy's voting figures were displayed at the bottom of the screen on Rai Italia during a news segment about the song competition. The clip was shared on social media, with fans rushing to share their concern over the 'uncomfortable' figures while many claimed the figures weren't leaked as the 'graphics [at the bottom of the screen] were prepared'.

The supposed voting figures showed Norway, Belgium, and Malta in the bottom three with less than 2 percent of votes. Czechia, Estonia, Austria, Latvia and Denmark received less than 3% while Greece and Armenia received just a bit over 5%. Switzerland supposedly received 6.03%, Georgia 6.64%, Albania 6.68% and the Netherlands 7.32%.

More controversially, the graphics showed Israel receiving 39.3%, with some fans saying 'something's up' with the votes and others saying Eurovision 'is cooked' if the figures are true. One user said on Reddit: "The absolute mayhem that would follow if Israel won over Croatia (or anyone else for that matter) would be beyond awful to deal with."

"That huge jump confuses me so much," one concerned user on X wrote while another upset user added: "Well … this could be the only time I would agree with the British people who say Eurovision is only politics and talent doesn’t matter. I’m here for the songs and unfortunately, this will just ruin it for me from then onwards."

One person added some clarification and said the results were possibly only from Italy and not the entire competition. Israel's participation in the competition has already received widespread backlash due to Israel's ruthless bombardment of Palestine. Over 34,844 people were massacred, with 70% of them being women and children. Over 110,000 people have fled Rafah due to the IDF ramping up its attacks in the area where 1.4 million displaced people were sheltering.

There have been continued demonstrations in Sweden over Israel - which is not in Europe - taking part in the contest. Lots of long-time fans of the music contest have been asking why Israel hasn't been kicked out of the competition like Russia was in 2022 after Russian leader Vladimir Putin invaded neighbouring country Ukraine.

Even though Israel isn't in Europe, it's been allowed to take part because the Israel Broadcasting Authority (IBA) is a member of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). Israel first took part in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1973 and has won twice since then. The Mirror have contacted Eurovision for comment.
